A few years ago, a Montreal entrepreneur set out to open a boutique hotel in the Turks and Caicos Islands : Oasis at Grace Bay. Our mandate was wide-ranging : to accompany him on this adventure, from branding to the digital ecosystem including website, social networks and digital marketing.

As soon as the brand elements were well defined, we focused on a web visibility strategy to raise awareness of the Oasis at Grace Bay offer. Our proposal : a marketing strategy that tries to avoid the click. The idea is to have as many secondary impressions as possible, which are not displayed in the first position of search engines, in order to build the notoriety of the boutique hotel and find travelers on other platforms such as TripAdvisor.

After 3 months of operation, Oasis at Grace Bay is at maximum capacity, with 80% to 90% of bookings made directly through the website, bypassing the Online Travel Agency (OTA).
